再次拜訪 Metro, 有主廚經心的烹調,
美味加分, 服務也加分.
雖然最後結帳的時候有點心驚膽跳,
但最後也還不至於到跳樓的地步. :-p
菜單上任何 Cut to Order 的海鮮及肉類都是照每一盎司計價,
適合大家分享著來吃.
我個人喜歡的肉類有 Veal Tenderloin, Deer 和 Duck Breast.
海鮮類有 Sablefish, Scallops 和 Halibut.
特別推薦前菜的 Grilled Calamari 和 Tomato Mozzarella Salad.

Ebisu 是一間 Fusion 的日式 tapas 餐廳.
除了有一些看起來很奇特的 roll 之外,
還有墨西哥 taco 和石鍋飯.
這次嚐到比較特別的是 Ika Meshi (魷魚包飯).
另外堪稱店內招牌的還有跟 Hapa Izakaya 類似的桌邊火烤 Saba 魚.
Sashimi Salad 算是新鮮, 還有芒果相襯.
