當你看到這篇文章的時候,
TDSLE 已經安穩的遷入 Dreamhost 的伺服器裡頭去了.
其實想移出 Startlogic 已經好一陣子了,
雖然說一開始用 Startlogic 感覺很不錯, 跑 CGI/PHP 也都很穩當,
可是近一個月來與他們的客服和技術部門聯絡的結果,
像是在踢皮球一樣的, 然後每封回的 Email 都像是已經打好的樣版,
就把人名換掉, Domain Name 換掉來回覆.
然後, eno 的 Domain 居然還發生被 Hack 事件...
選擇了 Dreamhost, 主要是因為它正好有特惠價又有 97 天的無憂保證退費期,
然後他的 20GB 空間, 1TB 頻寬, 比 Startlogic 要多少幾倍,
想說這樣子, 我是怎麼用都用不完,
所以和 Startlogic 的兩年約到期, 也就決定要投入 Dreamhost 的懷抱去了.
轉移的工作還算順利, 除了頭痛的 mySQL 4.1 讓資料庫裡的繁體中文變成了亂碼.
花了一個晚上的時間, 改了一些 PHP 裡面的 Code, 終於是小功告成.
TDSLE.com 首頁近乎荒廢的 BBS, 目前可能還有些問題,
有時間的話, 我會在整修.
如果有其他 Bug, 請大家告知喔!

mySQL 繁體中文 I have encounter countless time during BBS T_T
I actually never solve it through code changing.
I just cut the file size to smaller than 2MB so they can do file transfer directly... that seem to solve the problem
